Re-homing of a Yellow Lab Puppy
Two labs are starting their home-guesting with us tomorrow! They're going to stay each day this week. The black lab is about three and the other, a new addition to their family, is almost six months. The owner (I am in search of a better term) was walking home from the dog park and stopped to admire a young yellow lab. The woman walking the puppy was unable to care for her dog and seeing the competency and caring of the black lab's owner, asked if she would take the puppy.
All three (black and yellow labs and their fine owner) bonded immediately. A lot of love there! I am so thrilled to be part of that family for some time each day, and I know Frida, who adores other dogs, will be equally happy.
