Janice,It is so great to read about Toby's adventures on his hikes and the new friends he is making. I'm so happy to hear that he is getting along with the other dogs, even puppies. He does love to explore and I find that when he is exploring, he is happiest and when he is happy he is better behaved. I have noticed a positive change in his ability to say hi to dogs he doesn't know in the park which is really making me smile! And he looks great, these hikes have helped him shed the winter pounds!!! Thanks for all your love and care towards Toby.

I've been meaning to tell you how much our puggies have changed since walking with you. Over the holidays we were visiting a lot of different households where, in the past, the puggles were not necessarily praised for their manners and calm behaviours! But this year... what a difference!!! They're so much more relaxed and happy, Chris and I are overjoyed!! I'm so grateful you came into our lives!

I wanted to let you know how well Toby did yesterday with some other dog in the park. He let another dog take his ball, he chased and was chased, he wagged his tail when meeting new dogs and let other dogs sniff him. I was so proud of him and relieved as well. Thank you again for your efforts with him, he's really becoming a more sociable pup!
